David Strickland - President
David Strickland takes a dual role with the Otters as head coach and President. Strickland took over the President role in 2019 as a new ownership group acquired the Otters. Strickland works in the daily operations of the Otters with sponsorships, recruiting and community branding.

Lucas Christiansen has been with the Otters since their inaugural season in 2016 and is entering his fifth season as GM. Christiansen earned his bachelor's and master's degree in Sport Management from ETSU and is currently enrolled in their Global Sport Leadership Doctorate Program.
