Otters Complete Roster With Four Signings

The final group of players coming to the Tri-Cities round out the final players on the Otters roster for 2019. The group looks to help the Otters build on the best season in Otters history last year and continue to climb the table.

Frank Cotroneo joins the Otters from Siena College in New York. Cotroneo began his college career at Villanova before transferring to Siena. In two seasons with the Saints, Cotroneo made 26 appearances with 16 starts and recorded two assists, playing primarily as a right back.

Another player coming to the Otters from the Southern Conference, Cole McLagan is a sophomore forward at Furman University. With the Paladins, McLagan made 12 starts over 20 games, and had four goals and three assists in just over 1,000 minutes. McLagan helped the Paladins win the SoCon Tournament and book a place in the NCAA Tournament where they beat UNC-Wilmington before falling to the University of Virginia in the second round. McLagan also has some USL League Two experience after playing with expansion side Kaw Valley FC last summer.

Fahti Ayache comes to the Otters via the All-Star School in France which sent the Otters Levy-Aquilas Nsimba, Ruben Yebga, and Mehdi Chtara last summer. Ayache has a strong background in futsal. He has played with FC Petit Bard Montpellier since 2010 playing with their U-18, U-19, U-20 and senior team.

The Otters will also add Therry Dimanche from the All-Star School for the 2019 season. Dimanche is a winger who has played with EST Trinite and is currently playing with the MHSC Academy side.
Preparations continue for the 2019 season as they open up on the road on May 18th at Wake FC. The Otters first home game is May 28th against Lionsbridge FC at 7 PM at Kermit-Tipton Stadium! Season and individual game tickets are now on sale on the HappsNow app or on their website HERE. #FearTheFur
